Once Upon a Time


The series revolves around a bail bond agent and her son who are about to discover that a New England town, aptly titled Storybrooke, Maine, is actually a remnant of a parallel world that was cursed by the Evil Queen/Regina Mills from the fairy tale Snow White and that all the characters from the fairy tales have no memories of who they were, including the parents of the bail bond agent, Snow White/Mary Margaret Blanchard and Prince "Charming" James/David Nolan, who sent her away so she can save their world and break the curse. I love this T.V. series, it is very good. It is so interesting how they intermingle different fairy tales into others. Like Rumpelstiltskin is Beast from Beauty & the Beast and how Little Red Riding Hood knows Snow White and Snow knows Cinderella...ect. It does have some slow filler episodes but I love that they go back and forth between the fairy tale world and the real (cursed) world. These story lines are very thought through.

My boyfriend and I have been watching this television show since it began. It definitely was not something that I expected for him to enjoy, but I think he likes the mixture of mystery with fairy tales. We missed a few episodes, recently. Poor Mary, now she's the town home-wrecker. -.- I really wish I had seen the episode with Belle.

Oh no, we are behind and watch the episodes on the television channel's website. The last one we saw was about Red Riding Hood and the wolf. Total plot twist!

I don't think I've seen this show. I'm not much of a t.v. watcher. I'll have to catch it, it sounds interesting.

I just saw the season finale. A bunch of stuff happened that I thought they would save until the next season. Instead, they did something I wasn't expecting.

Yah it did.. it was pretty interesting I wish they didn't do that. The last 3 episodes summed up what many episodes could tell.

I love love the show but some of the episodes were fillers that could have been used for the actual plot. Instead they smushed a lot of info into 2-3 last episodes.
Oh and I could kill Rumple... ughh. I know he wants his son back but really?
I wonder if its going to be the story book world again or the real world just with magic.... :/ hmmm

I thought I had posted here hum...

Anyway, really excited because this season they're going to have Mulan! xD Jamie Chung is playing her.

I like the fact that now they're going to deal with re-start their lives with their memories back

Season 2 is going to be fuuuuuuuuuuuuun. :3 Modern setting + magic is always cool.

A few things I ponder about, though (Warning- Here, there be spoilers. Stop reading now if you either haven't seen the show and are planning on it or are in the process of watching it):







1) Are the fairies going to go back to being fairy-sized or stay human-sized?

2) Is August (I cannot get used to calling him Pinocchio) going to turn back into a human?

3) Will we get to find out what happened to Baelfire?

4) Are we *finally* going to get to find out who the heck Dr. Whale is? Because he has genuinely been bothering me since his first appearance. I cannot, to save my life, figure out who his fairytale counterpart would be.


Also, season 2 better have more Grumpy/Nova in it. XD Or I will cry.

I have the theory with my sister that Baelfire is Henry's father, xD

ARGH!!!! Curse you, Perry the Platyp---I mean Dr. Whale!

I thought for sure they'd reveal who he is last night. @_@

	That Charming doesn't know him, though, and that Whale openly says that Charming isn't his prince, does tell at least one thing. He's from a different kingdom/part of the fairytale world.

	who *was* that guy at the beginning? And why would he receive a postcard from Storybrooke saying the curse was broken? (I'm assuming that's what the 'Broken' written on it meant)

If the awesome that was the premiere is any indication of the rest of the season, I'm very much looking forward to it. :3

So this has kinda been dead, but I wanna bring it back.

Who is super excited for the new episode? I cannot wait to see how they do Peter Pan, cause i heard that it is gonna be a really dark and different take on it (which I love!!)

Also, is anyone else ready to punch Tamara in the face? Like I really wanna kill her
