The Scenario:

In the Tau Dimension, things are a little different. Sailor Soldiers do not exist, and nor was there ever such a thing as the Moon Kingdom. Only Science and Magic reigned... and the woman who maintain that was Queen Kaolinity, a Magus from Moongen Gakuen. One day Queen Kaolinity (or as she's better known these days... Kaolinite) decided what the world needed was a group of people dedicated to maintaining the balance between Science and Magic. These five girls, who were later joined by a sixth became the Beautiful Labcoat-Suited Soldiers of Science and Magic... Eudial, Mimet, Vilyui, Tellur, Cyprine and Ptilol... in the name of Galileo Galilei, they'll punish you!

However this time, there crisis is unknown from what they can tell, there are three mysterious shadows lurking about, attacking people and leaving trails of darkness wherever they go. Luckily the Witches 5 have gotten reinforcements to stop this latest crisis. Finally tracking their way into a mysterious castle... The doors slammed shut and they are trapped. Now they must stumble their way through the darkness picking up clues to stop all these attacks on the people of their fair city.

Will they succeed in restoring balance to the world or will the mysterious villains succeed?

The Roles:

Group 1: Soldiers - A total of eleven of them, these Witches fight the Mafia. They win when they are the last group standing

Special Roles:

• Researcher - Researches one player a night to find their role out
  
  Healer - Protects one player a night from being killed by the mafia

Group 2: Mafia - A total of three of them, they fight the Soldiers. They win when they are the last group standing

Special Roles:

• Godfather - Will appear innocent even when investigated by the Researcher, this person also makes the final decision of who to kill at night

The Rules:

1. No editing or deleting posts. Just no. Even to correct a typo. Simply make a new post to correct it.
   
   
2. Do not discuss this game elsewhere, only in this thread! The exception to this is the Mafia who will have a secret forum all to themselves because secret.
   
   
3. Bold and Red your LYNCH VOTES. Bold and Green your UNLYNCH VOTES.
   
   
4. Activity. Be Active. This game can get very tedious and dull when it gets in activity.
   
   
5. If you die. You can post one farewell post in a role-play manner if you so desire. However you CAN NOT reveal anything about any other players.
   
   
6. If you wish to reveal your role at any point, you can if you so desire. Keep in mind, however, that many will not believe you and it might end up doing more harm than good, as it does in most cases.
   
   
7. Character names are UNIMPORTANT to actual gameplay, this is NOT a roleplay. They are there for extra entertainment. Please no heavy roleplay.
   
   
8. Daylight, where everyone discusses and picks who to lynch. These last 48 hours unless a majority is already reached. Nighttime is 24 hours.
   
   
9. Nighttime, this is where the Mafia come out to pick a player to kill off, the doctor save someone and the researcher checks up on someone.
   
   
10. Character roles will be revealed fully upon death.

Hokey doke, no one do anything stupid cause you don't get a second chance the first day. Most likely we will just random lynch a townie and then get murdered again tonight. If it does look like we are going to kill you and you are the doc and cop just out yourself so we don't. But only if you can't convince us otherwise.

Rule 14 = the best rule.

Are we playing with the rule where someone is lynched every day (even if there's no majority), or will no majority mean no lynch?

If no majority means no lynch, Day 1 lynches are usually a bad idea in small games like this. The odds of hitting mafia are low and we have nothing to go on. It's usually better to wait and hope the investigator gets something.

If someone dies regardless, lynch someone by vote every day with no exceptions. (Because either we choose someone vaguely suspicious or the random number generator might pick and kill someone we "KNOW" is good.)

It is in the best interests of everyone to lynch someone. There will be one "no lynch" day after than that a random person will be lynched.

Yeah, that way we have some stuff to go on for the next day. Regardless there will be a random kill, right? at least the lynch kill can be a bit more controlled.

I'm not sure. I always thought letting a day go by and going into random lynch was a terrible thing, but I wonder if I was misinformed in previous games.

I can say the odds in a random lynch of getting a villain are pretty slim seeing as its 3/14 ir nearly a fifth.

However I'm undecided because our odds on a controlled lynch Day 1 are only a little better since we know nothing right now.

Everyone seems very into wanting someone to die. How suspicious indeed.

I thought of something: If we get stuck at some point we should ask everyone to name the person whom they want to lynch that first comes into their head. Not voting, but just someone that comes to mind that you want to kill. At least then we can see what our instincts are telling us.
