Yeah, there is a lot of good stuff that's coming out in recent years, like Akatsuki no Yona, Snow White with Red Hair, Anthem of the Heart, Kaiba, the new Phoenix Wright anime (YES!!!), etc.

Good thing this topic is still here, because anime will be around for a long, long time. New anime will appear and some of them will be well-drawn, get popular in ratings, will have new seasons and have a devoted global fan following. I watched old pre-1990s anime (made in the 1960s, 70s and 80s) and back then, not many people believed anime will have a place in pop culture until the likes of Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z and Pokemon (the 1990s was the "golden age of anime") premiered, more people noticed the success of some anime indicates the phenomena is here to stay.
