Advanced Character Profile Character Name:
FemaleAge and Date of Birth:
900+ / December 19th Used Canons:
Talia stands at 5’5” with a slender figure. Her skin is almost as white as snow. She has icy blue eyes and long straight platinum blonde hair that’s almost white. Her hair reaches to the back of her knees. Her typical attire is feminine and elegant, choosing mostly dresses and light colors. Personality:
Just like winter, Talia is peaceful and quiet. She’s always calm under pressure and almost never loses her cool. It takes a lot to make her break down or panic, which makes her a good person to have in stressful situations. She’s the type of person who will make decisions logically based on all the facts presented to her and will always want to hear both sides of the story. As a princess, she has always been taught to be fair and just. Talia is usually very softspoken and carries herself with quiet elegance and grace.
For the most part, Talia is very feminine and dignified, though this largely has to do with her royal upbringing. Though mostly reserved, being a senshi has helped her unlock another part of her where she could feel a bit freer and break out of her protective shell a little bit.
However, she still isn’t an expert at being social or even letting herself loose in public because it’s been drilled into her since childhood that a princess must never show her true emotions. Some days she still watches other people dance merrily and can only wish she is brave enough to join them, which is silly. After all, she can fight evil queens and monsters, but approaching a group of people to make friends seems so daunting. In a way, when people recognize her, it is easier, but she also worries they’re only happily welcoming her because of what
she is, not who she is. This desire to better become a part of ordinary society, as well as meeting other senshi in the universe, is what encourages her to visit other planets and try to form bonds with people who don’t feel she’s in a level above them.Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Talents
: Talia is accomplished in classical dancing. She is especially good at ballet and also an expert in ice skating, her planet’s most popular sport. She is able to play a couple musical instruments as part of her princess training but is not a musical prodigy by any means. Unique Abilities
- She is very cold resistant due to living in a planet of eternal winter, able to withstand temperatures up to -30C/-22F even when untransformed.
- Camouflage: When in danger, Talia is able to fade into the background and become one with it, just like snow can camouflage a lot of things. This renders her invisible to normal eyes.
Nix was a small planet of eternal winter in a somewhat secluded corner of the Milky Way. Though it was not the most thriving place in the universe, the planet was always peaceful. Not much happened there, yet everyone was content. Princess Talia, the heir of the kingdom, grew up with stories about a mythical snow goddess that protected their planet in times of trouble. Every year during the Snow Festival, the citizens celebrated the goddess and threw big festivities to honor her. Children would come out and play and it was the one day in the year when the planet seemed to come alive.
But Chaos was everywhere, and soon its manifestation found even this small pocket of peace in the universe. Masquerading as the goddess the people of Nix worshiped, a woman bedecked in white and a royal crown appeared one day, claiming herself as the goddess in the flesh. She called herself the Snow Queen. Some of the people were skeptical, but most of them took her word at face value. Soon they began to worship her, building her a beautiful palace, giving her their bountiful harvests, and whatever she asked of them. They truly thought that their goddess had finally descended upon them, feeling only joy and gratefulness.
Talia was one of the few people who did not believe. She wanted to—so badly. She’d always admired the goddess pictured in books and told in her childhood tales, but this woman looked… different. Not appearance-wise, necessarily, since no one had ever truly seen the goddess in person and depictions of her varied depending on the artists’ interpretations. It was simply because something about her felt… wrong
. The goddess was a woman of warmth and joy. This so-called queen was all jagged edges—even her smile—and she was cold, so cold.
The royal family accommodated the mysterious woman as well as they could and looked to her for guidance. Talia’s little brother, Kay, also seemed enthralled by the queen and always looked at her with awe. But soon it was obvious that the Snow Queen was taking over the ruling of the planet entirely. While she put up a façade of kindness and gentleness in the beginning, still some people were not fooled—they sensed evil within her—but could do nothing because she was powerful. She’d demonstrated her powers often, in the beginning to make them believe in her, but also on numerous occasions throughout even after most people had already worshiped her. It was a subtle reminder that she could bury this planet in blizzard until all that was left was a white featureless sphere if she wanted to.
A silent warning not to turn against her.
Gradually, the Snow Queen’s judgments became harsher and harsher. When people slighted her in the least, she would punish them severely. The Snow Festival now became a somber event where all citizens must spend an entire week entertaining their new queen, presenting her with gifts, composing songs and poems dedicated to her and all sorts of performances with her as the main focus. And if she was not pleased, the pain of death shall be unleashed upon those responsible. Everyone was terrified and nervous, which only made their performances worse, and more people succumbed to her insatiable wrath.
All stories, art, textbooks, and any sort of media must only tell about the queen and nothing else. She must be in everyone’s thoughts and minds at all times. The one true goddess. Everyone’s life purpose. They all must love her… or die.
Eventually some of the population felt they had had enough. By now, it had become clear that they were suffering under the reign of terror and that this so-called goddess was not at all benevolent. Pockets of rebellions formed and some of them tried to fight back. But those who were brave enough to go against the queen invariably met their demise.
The royal family, which had pretty much been unofficially deposed, was desperate to help their people but had no idea how to do it. While everyone else lost faith on their planet’s protector, Talia knew that the goddess was real. She just wasn’t this
woman. The Snow Queen was an impostor.
When the Snow Queen grew tired of the people’s rebellion, she called all the people of Nix to gather outside her palace. Then she strode out, carrying a giant mirror in her hands. In a flash, the mirror shattered into a thousand pieces, each shard magically embedding itself in everyone’s heart. And those hearts became frozen.
The people turned viciously against each other. Chaos broke out; fights ensued everywhere. Families attacked each other, with every thought in everyone’s minds focused on violence. To maim and kill.
Except for Talia.
For some reason, the mirror did not affect her. But she was horrified by the sight of her parents trying to murder each other. She tried to stop them to no avail. Panicked, she ran back into the safe place she knew; her room.
Talia stormed inside and collapsed in a heap on the floor, her breathing ragged. Her world was falling apart and she was powerless to stop it. It was at that moment that Eirlys, her pet polar fox that had been with her since birth, bounded onto her lap and spoke. “Talia! You must pray to the goddess!”
Talia’s head snapped up in surprise. She turned to look at the painting of the goddess hanging on her wall. Not of the Snow Queen; this painting had been there since she was a child, and it was always a source of comfort for her. In the hardest of times, Talia always looked toward it for guidance. And at that moment, terrified and not knowing what else to do, feeling so powerless and desperate, she threw herself at the foot of the life-sized painting. She prayed with all her heart to the goddess—the true
one—to save her family. To save everyone.
And that was when the warm light bathed her.
Surprised, Talia looked up, and found the painting coming alive. The woman who stood there was almost too bright to look at, but Talia could see her golden white hair framing her face. “The pure heart of the true believer,” the goddess spoke, her voice beautiful, melodious, and haunting. Talia would never forget it for the rest of her life. “You’re the savior, princess. Rise and save your people. Defeat the evil.”
The goddess raised her hand to touch Talia’s chest, and from there another bright light erupted. When it dissipated, Talia stared at her reflection in disbelief. She had transformed. She was wearing a form-fitting suit with skirts that changed colors from blue to white and back again as she moved, almost transparent but not quite. She felt… lighter, but also more powerful.
And she knew what she had to do.
She strode confidently outside to find the woman who called herself the Snow Queen. She was still standing right outside her palace, gleefully watching the chaos all around her. Kay was standing next to her, ever her loyal servant, yet his eyes were glassy and unseeing. Talia felt sick at the sight of the queen’s hand on her brother’s shoulder and walked straight toward her, her every step clearing the path amidst the mindless fighting. Still, it took a while for the queen to notice her. But when she did, she looked both surprised and amused.
“Little princess,” she cooed. “Look what you’ve become.”
“You’re no goddess,” Talia stated with a grim conviction. “And you’re no queen either. I’m
the future queen of this planet.”
Her adversary simply laughed and released a blast of ice toward her. Talia jumped deftly, finding agility and strength in her that she didn’t possess before, and avoided the attack. Then she raised her own hands and a snow white staff as tall as her materialized in her hands. With it, she released an immense power that immediately blasted away the impostor goddess. The woman’s look of disbelief was the last thing that Talia saw of her before the bright light from the staff enveloped her. Her angry shriek echoed in the suddenly quiet courtyard, but the once-queen was no more.
Her brother snapped out of his trance and Talia embraced him. She turned to see what had become of the rest of her people. There were a lot of casualties that day. A few died, and some were gravely injured. But most of them were saved, thanks to her. She lost her father, but she was glad she didn’t lose her mother and brother, too. When everyone came back to their senses, they all began rebuilding the kingdom and acknowledged Talia as the princess blessed by the goddess.Leviathan Core
: When Chaos attacks broke out all over the solar system, Sailor Nix became a part of the small teams sent to clear its influence all over the Milky Way. She had defeated a few agents of Chaos before she met a team that was sent to planet Leviathan, where she came into contact with a Chaos seed for the first time. She helped the group defeat the enemies, the Chaos seed, and struck the fatal blow for the second enemy that refused to cooperate despite Sailor Leviathan’s attempt to make her change her ways. Fields of Enyalius: After witnessing Sailor Enyalius' corruption in Leviathan, Nix followed the group to planet Enyalius to attempt to save the senshi. Unfortunately their efforts were met with failure and she almost met with certain death as she angered the now evil senshi of the planet directly by attacking her pet Chimera during a battle. If it were not for Achelois, she would have surely perished. Like the others, she watched Enyalius - or Enyo - perish and her Sailor Crystal stolen. However, with The Crone warning of Chaos' influence spreading even worse everywhere, Nix worried about the state of her own planet.Other Noteworthy Facts: Star Sign

Weapons or Magical Items:
- Arctic Blizzard: Sailor Nix can create a small blizzard that could simultaneously blind and harm an enemy. When trapped in the blizzard they would not be able to see anything around them and feel immensely cold.
- Glacier Freeze: Sailor Nix may encase an object, projectile, or enemy completely in ice, immobilizing them in place. How soon an enemy can break out of the freeze depends on their strength. Enemies with fire-based powers may be able to counteract the freezing effect more easily.
- Hailstorm Symphony: By summoning this attack, Sailor Nix can create a hailstorm around an enemy, causing sharp icicles to rain down within their immediate area.
- Divine Winter Eternal: The ultimate attack channeled by the Celestial Winter Staff. Creates a powerful chilling blast of energy that could suffocate, freeze, and vanquish an enemy. Manifests in the form of an all-white enveloping light.
- Frozen Heart: Sailor Nix only uses this ability for a foe that she feels truly deserves it, for the fate that would befall them is not pretty. By focusing on an enemy, she can use her own negative emotions to freeze them from the inside out, dropping their core temperature gradually until it reaches an unsurvivable degree, ultimately resulting in their death.
- The Celestial Winter Staff: The staff that once belonged to the goddess protector of Nix. It’s now a weapon Sailor Nix wields, and she can use it to channel her most powerful attack; Divine Winter Eternal. The staff is white as snow and as tall as its wielder with a crystal in the shape of a snowflake at the top. Should someone else touch this staff other than Sailor Nix, the staff will feel freezing cold to their touch. They will feel a terrible chill that reaches deep into their bones and will be forced to let it go.
Eirlys is a snow white polar fox that has been watching over Talia since she was born. After Talia had her first transformation, Eirlys explained to her that she was Sailor Nix, and that she had been waiting all her life for Talia to be awakened. From then on, she became Talia’s guardian and teacher, helping her train to be a better senshi and telling her about the wars that had ravaged the galaxy since the beginning of time; their eternal battle with a being of ultimate evil called Chaos, and how the Snow Queen was one of its incarnations. She is wise, calm, protective, and very loyal to Talia. RP Sample:
“Are you sure you want to do this?” Eirlys asked as Talia finished packing her essentials.
“Yes,” Talia replied, snapping her bag shut in one quick move. “You said it yourself; I could learn things from other sailor senshi like me. I hate to leave my mother, but… it’ll only be for a few days.”
She looked outside at the peaceful scenery of kids skating along frozen ponds outside the palace. Her heart yearned to join them, but she knew in their eyes she would always be the princess and their savior. She could never truly be one of them, and they could never truly see her as herself. “I love it here, but we’re at peace now and I need to learn more.”
She’d never considered that there were other entire worlds out there. But now that she knew Chaos was everywhere… she wanted to know. It broke her heart to leave her mother alone especially now that her father was gone, but she would not be gone for long. Just to see and learn enough and bring back some useful knowledge.
Talia glanced at the book lying open on her bed and smiled. The planet depicted there looked so enchanting; green and blue and lush unlike the all-encompassing white here.
That was her destination, where she’d heard the most powerful senshi in the universe had gathered. That was where she was going to hopefully find new friends and teachers.
“Let’s go on an adventure, Eirlys.”
