Popplio is a cutie. I don't see how anyone can hate it.

So there were a whole bunch of pokemon that popped up. And a whole bunch of them seem to kinda blend into the hawaii environments and whatnot.



LOOK AT THE ELECTRIC HEDGEHOG! I WAS HESITANT BECAUSE I SAW THE CHEEKS AND WAS LIKE "OF COURSE, OBLIGATORY PIKACHU RIP OFF" BUT NO ITS A HEDGEHOG LOOK!



A lot of people think Drampa looks like the dog thing from the neverending story, but he looks like a living piece of the sea. Like looks like a sea creature, the white is sea foam and everything else is water since hawaii is an island, after all.



Vikavolt looks like a typical hybrid bug pokemon. I don't hate him, but he's kinda average in terms of design on my end. Can't think of what he represents tbh.



Tapu Koko's design seems to be tapping into the old Hawaiian culture with what I think looks like a grass mask/totem. Looking forward to this guys evolution chain.

This is one fab fish. The evolution is bound to be even better. Hey, we've all learned not to judge fish pokemon after magicarp, am I right?

I am so excited! Though I feel as though they revealed too much, and continue to do so. It's kinda ruined the game for me. It feels as though there are no surprises left, in a way. I mean sure, we get to find the rest of the pokemon they didn't show, but the plot? Region? Characters? New gameplay additions? Even the baddies? They showed all those. As much as I love videogame hype, I feel like they took out a bit of the sparkle you feel when you start a new game, ya know?

then again this might just be me being picky and they might have a heck of a lot more in the game then they let on.
