TRAIIIIINS!

Story wrote:

A long time ago, on a meadow far far away there was a herd of peace-loving cows who enjoyed nothing more than to eat all the grass.
BUT SUDDENLY Tracks. Tracks everywhere. Before the poor cows knew what was going on, trains have invaded their lovely grass eating session.
The poor cows mooed all they could, but the trains would not leave them alone and requested the land as their own. The cows were scared, because none of them were able to stand against the powerful tank engines. But as everything seemed hopeless, Eldercow, the oldest and wisest of all the cows encouraged the herd. "Moo", he said with his calm voice and the echo of the herd's agreeing "MOO" could be heard throughout the whole meadow. They all knew that they had to stand up to the trains. One cow alone wouldn't be able to beat the trains, but together they would be able to succeed.

Rule Modifications:

Like a Star @ heaven The Day Phases last for 48 hours, no matter if a majority has been reached or not

COWS

3 Villager

  • Has no special powers.
  • Sided with the Town.


1 Miller

  • Appears as villager to self.
  • When investigated by cop, will appear to be guilty.
  • When lynched, appears to be mafia.
  • When killed, appears to be miller.
  • Sided with the Town.



1 Bulletproof

  • Has a bulletproof vest.
  • The vest allows the Bulletproof to survive one shot.
  • Sided with the Town.


1 Oracle

  • Visits one person every night.
  • When the oracle dies, the role of the last person chosen will be revealed to all.
  • Cannot be roleblocked.
  • Sided with the Town.



TRAINS:


1 Mafia

  • Chooses one person to kill every night.
  • Wins when the mafia outnumber the village.
  • Sided with the Mafia.



1 Stalker

  • Visits one person every night.
  • Receives a report with the role of that person.
  • Sided with the Mafia.

One of us beloved bovines must have been targeted, but had a power that made it so they were protected. Either that, or the mafia forgot to send something, which is unlikely but has happened in previous games.

Looking at the roles, either the Bulletproof was targeted or no hit was submitted. But the second scenario is extremely rare and pointless right now.

No cop, and role claiming won't get us anywhere either since only the Bulletproof could claim.

Gonna be a piece of cake ^^;

With no cop, to give us hints, I'll play a bit more aggressively than usually especially because of why no one died N1.  This was because the mafia targeted me and I'm the bullet proof. Thus I am sided with town and you have no reason to go after me. There's a high chance they'll either try again N2 or possibly pick another to throw us off.

Since we got lucky with no townies dying N1, we can either go No Lynch and avoid a random town kill or randomly go after someone that appears scummy after everyone's made their posts.

Edit: I wrote this before Light posted (you post sniper you! ;P) but I'm going to role claim anyway because like he said, it doesn't really do anything except confirm I'm sided with the town.

Well, we have the only possible role claim. So:

In the off chance Brit is lying, the real Bulletproof should speak up. Mafia knows who you are, so might as well share it with us too. Best case scenario, we pick the right one of the two claims, worst case scenario, we kill both of you and we still get 1/2 mafia members down Razz

In any case, No Lynch won't do us any good. No cop, no doctor, we won't be any wiser on the next Day phase.

Just something to consider if we decide to do random lynch tonight.

There's a 75% chance it'll be a townie; 25% chance that its mafia. Within that, there's a chance we might lynch the miller and would be revealed as mafia which would be a gain for them. If we vote no lynch for Day1, by Day2 we'll have 6 townies still alive rather than the most likely 4 townies.

We also have to take into consideration the miller's role. They're sided with the town, but will appear to be a train mafia member, a role that could definitely make things more difficult for the townies. Plus they have the stalker on their side to investigate the townie roles. If they were to find out the miller, they could easily play it up to try to keep us off of their backs.

This is gonna be a hard one.

Yes. Also there's the oracle. If we kill them, we find out what the roles of the last person they visited was... But they've been killed, so that's a life lost on our end.

This setup is very weird... I spent a bunch of time today trying to come up with a plan for dealing with a setup that has no cop, but I realized it makes no sense if the roles don't work the way I think they do XD

Kai: Do we have to lynch just the mafia player or the mafia and the stalker to win?Also, does the Oracle get nightly reports but just can't share them, or do they only get a report that's posted publicly when they die? (I think it's the second one?)

Alright, so it looks like we're in a stalemate. I was waiting for another roleclaim, just in case Brit-chan was lying, but since no one else claimed to be a bulletproof (and, just to confirm, I'm not), it looks like she was saying the truth.

We're in a very tricky situation. Townies don't have any useful information, we don't have a cop, the miller is actually detrimental to us, and the oracle is a one-use cop that has to die in order to get the  information. However, the mafia has a stalker that could give them any info they want. Which means that they can play it safe, wait for the stalker to get information, and kill townies and the bulletproof slowly (avoiding the oracle because they could reveal one role).

I hate saying that, but the way I see it, we won't get anywhere if we don't lynch, we'll simply wait for them to kill us all. Considering the situation, they can simply stall for time and kill us at night.

The only thing we can do is try to analyze each other's posts, see if we can find anything suspicious. People who take decisions detrimental to the group might be Mafia members trying to manipulate us.
On the other hand, the more one says, the easier it is to see through their lies, so Mafiosi might be the ones who speak the less.

I agree with Evangelion. The mafia is in no rush, we won't get additional information by waiting. They, on the other hand, will slowly get to know everything.

My personal feelings so far:

High Trust - Brit-chan
Inclined to trust - Evangelion
Neutral - Cosmos-Hime, Sailor Zelda
Inclined to distrust - Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Venus
High Distrust - None
No posts - MotokiDoki

I think we have about 2 and a half hours to vote? If Motoki hasn't posted by then, I think I'll vote for him. With no cop, I'm far less inclined to let quiet people slide by.

If he shares his insight, I might reconsider.

Okay. Here's my call. Could be wrong, obviously.

I guess I still want to hear from Motoki rather than go for him blindly. There still is Rule 2 in place, anyway.

I don't really have much, I suppose? I'll just go for my hunch. For the way I had seen her play in another game, Jupi's questions throw me off, mostly because the answer to both seemed obvious to me. It feels as if she trying to pretend to be helping.
